 Cornelius
Jones was born in Hamburg,
Louisiana. He attended public
school there and later moved to Tyler. He became a member of the Church
of Christ under the preaching of Brother Cecil Herndon. Cornelius is a
certified welder by profession, and has worked at Tyler Pipe Industries
for the past 31 years. He recently made a considerable investment in
himself, and is now able to accept jobs on his own. Talented in other
areas, Brother Jones enjoys fishing and working in his garden. He is
also quite handy with a hammer and nails. He is a part of the Sons of
Praise, our worship leaders. Cornelious and his wife, Janet are charter
members of SouthCentral, and are the parents of 4 children. They have
one grandchild. His areas of responsibility will include Facilities,
Property development and The Circle of Gold Ministry. |
