At SouthCentral, worship is the core of our fellowship. This
congregation knows and will continue to be taught the power of
praise in worship. That is why worship is celebrated at this
congregation. The ministry of worship is led by our minister and
by the men who make up the “SouthCentral Praise Team.” This
committee includes the hostesses and ushers and all who are
designated in areas designed to enhance the worship service.
Services are planned. Songs are arranged according to their
significance with the overall thought or theme of the worship
service. |

Worship must not be allowed to become a stale, stoic and habitual
exercise. It must instead be what God always intended it to be, that being
an outpouring of the human spirit toward God, the Father and Creator. “He
is worthy to be praised. . . “ |
